RARIFOLIO

Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

Rarifolio is a registered sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada. These terms explain the rules for using Rarifolio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Rarifolio lets you browse collectible catalogs, organize your collection and watchlist, record purchases and sales, and view market estimates and related tools. Features and available catalogs may change as the service develops. Rarifolio is a collection-management service; it does not buy, sell, authenticate, insure, or physically hold your collectibles.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Your collection information

You retain rights to the collection records, notes, and other content you provide. You give Rarifolio permission to store, process, display, and back up that content as needed to operate the features you use. Only import or upload information you have the right to use. You are responsible for checking imported records, quantities, grades, variants, purchase amounts, and other details before relying on them.

4. Prices, charts, and estimates

Market prices, historical charts, currency conversions, returns, collection values, and grading-related outputs are estimates for information and collection tracking. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and they may differ from an actual sale, appraisal, or grading result. A displayed price is not an offer to buy or sell. Make your own decisions about purchases, sales, trades, grading, taxes, and insurance; Rarifolio does not provide financial, investment, tax, or professional appraisal advice.

5. Catalog and third-party material

Card names, images, logos, product information, and pricing may come from third parties and remain subject to their respective rights. Their appearance on Rarifolio does not mean a brand, publisher, marketplace, or data provider endorses Rarifolio. You may use catalog content within the service for personal collection purposes, but these terms do not grant you rights to copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercially reuse third-party data or artwork. Rights holders can report concerns to contact@rarifolio.com with the affected page and details of the claimed rights. External services have their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, interfere with other accounts or systems, bypass security or access controls, or overload the service through automated requests. Do not misrepresent ownership, prices, grades, or transactions in a way that harms others. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third-party rights.

7. Paid features

If Rarifolio offers a paid plan, its price, billing cycle, included features, cancellation process, and any applicable refund terms will be shown before you subscribe. Those checkout terms will supplement these Terms of Service. Features described as planned or upcoming are not a promise that they will be released.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rarifolio available and your records accessible, but maintenance, supplier outages, network failures, or changes to third-party data can interrupt features. We may change or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give notice before a material change that affects existing users. Keep your own copy of records important to you using the export features available in the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion in account settings. Retention and deletion are explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Responsibility and limits

Rarifolio is provided with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete catalog coverage, or the accuracy of third-party information and estimates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rarifolio is not responsible for losses caused by decisions based on estimated values or by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
